Our Commitment
At Candleghartix, we are committed to delivering exceptional tailoring services. Our skilled artisans take pride in every alteration and repair, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Service Satisfaction
We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, please inform us within 7 days of pickup. We will assess the concern and work with you to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Complimentary Adjustments
If alterations do not meet the specifications discussed during consultation, we will make necessary adjustments at no additional charge within 14 days of the original pickup date.
This applies to:
- Alterations that deviate from agreed measurements
- Finishing issues related to our workmanship
- Minor fit adjustments resulting from our alterations
Exclusions
Complimentary adjustments do not apply to:
- Changes in client measurements or weight after initial fitting
- Requests for different alterations than originally agreed upon
- Garment issues unrelated to our work
- Pre-existing damage or fabric defects
- Normal wear and tear after service completion
- Services completed more than 30 days prior
Inspection Upon Pickup
Clients are encouraged to inspect garments at the time of pickup. This allows us to immediately address any concerns while you are in the studio. Concerns raised after leaving the premises may be subject to additional evaluation.
Pricing and Quotes
All pricing is provided during initial consultation. If additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. You will never be charged for services you did not authorize.
Garment Care After Service
We provide care recommendations for altered garments. Following these guidelines helps preserve the quality of our work. Damage resulting from improper care is not covered under our service policy.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. For work already in progress, cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of completion.
Fabric and Material Limitations
Some fabrics and materials present inherent challenges for alteration or repair. We will advise you during consultation if a garment carries risk. By proceeding with service, you acknowledge acceptance of these risks.
Time Frames
Service completion times are estimates based on current workload and project complexity. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, they are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to reach an amicable resolution. Our goal is always client satisfaction within the bounds of reasonable expectations for tailoring services.
