Service Description

Candleghartix provides luxury tailoring services including alterations, repairs, and bespoke adjustments. All services are performed by skilled artisans using professional techniques and equipment.

Service Terms

Consultations are by appointment only. Service timelines are provided as estimates and may vary based on complexity. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service for garments we determine cannot be altered or repaired safely or effectively.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding desired alterations
• Disclose any previous alterations or damage to garments
• Collect completed garments within 30 days of notification
• Inspect completed work upon pickup
• Make timely payment for services rendered

Limitation of Liability

While we exercise utmost care, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects in garments
• Fabric characteristics beyond our control including shrinkage, color bleeding, or structural weakness
• Buttons, buckles, or ornamental elements that break during normal alteration processes
• Garments made from delicate or unconventional materials that may not withstand alteration

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of services rendered for the specific garment.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Pricing is provided during consultation and confirmed before work begins.

Unclaimed Garments

Garments not collected within 30 days of notification will incur storage fees. Garments unclaimed after 90 days may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements is the property of Candleghartix and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
